New To CrossFit
Elements Program

CrossFit Stonington offers a one-on-one program for new members who are interested in getting started at CrossFit Stonington. The Elements program includes three one-hour sessions where you will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit movements and receive one FREE month of UNLIMITED membership after the three elements classes are complete. The one-on-one times are flexible to your schedule, the cost of this program is $195.

Seasoned Veterans
Single Class, for free!

If you're interested in joining, but aren't quite ready to take the plunge without giving us a try first, try one class for free at any time! Contact us ahead of time via phone or email to schedule a time to come in for any of our classes. The WOD will be designed for all ability levels. Plan on getting to the class a few minutes early to meet your coach and ask any questions you might have. After your first class you can make your decision for which membership you'd like to sign up for.

Military, First Responder, Full-time Student, Teachers: 15% reduced rate on monthly membership with valid ID.

Families: 10% reduced rate per member for families of 2 or 15% reduction per member for families of 3+ on monthly memberships.

Youth Programs at Stonington Athletics

Sports Performance

Parents, are you looking for a sport-based program to improve your teen’s performance on his or her sports team? Teens are you ready to physically dominate your sport?

The field, the court, and the arena are the proving grounds of sport-specific athletes. Training is an athlete’s vessel to game-day performance. Participants (those in middle school to early high school) in our program will experience drills that include effective warm-ups, sprinting and agility work, and age-appropriate strength and power oriented barbell movements. We use proven, measurable methods to achieve maximum athletic potential and performance. Included in our performance program, we will also discuss and educate parents and athletes on eating for performance and effective sports (and game day) nutrition.

Classes will be offered on Wednesday's and Friday’s from 8:00 am to 9:00 am beginning on Wednesday June 19th through Friday July 26th. The cost for the program is $205. If you have an active monthly membership with Stonington Athletics / CrossFit Stonington we will offer the family discount. If you have any questions, please email Coach Megan!

CrossFit Kids (Age 6 - 10)

The goal for our CrossFit Kids program is to bring health and fitness to the children of our members as well as to local youth by utilizing the CrossFit methods. In our classes, we will focus on increasing physical fitness, improving overall athletic performance, team building, increasing brain function and building self-esteem as well as help children to develop a lifelong love of health, fitness and a sense of community.

CrossFit Teens (Age 11 - 16)

The Teens program helps improve health, fitness, and athletic performance by utilizing age appropriate weight lifting techniques, basic gymnastic/body weight movements and cardiovascular conditioning. Combined with information on nutrition and diet, our program helps foster teens to develop a healthy lifestyle and a positive self-image. This program is in a supportive group environment with a team oriented atmosphere.
